@Riot: Azir's standing in the game

So previously Azir was always hit with nerfs and was justified to have a low win rate in solo queue because he was a top pick in pro play. Currently Azir is non-existent in pro play while other mages that were strong while he was are still being picked quite frequently ex. . So this is a champion with a considerably low win rate in solo queue and is now seemingly NEVER picked in pro play either. Were the constant nerfs and the buffing of assassins like while also making AP items in general way more expensive too much? I think some sort of compensation is needed. Last thing we need is for him to turn into another . I mean even is getting a buff in the PBE.
