This champion is probably in the worst state of any champion in game right now. It's either play 1,000+ games at high elo or don't use this champion at all.
I really hope you guys do something with him because he's basically troll pick status right now and over half the Azir mains I know have quit playing him all together and moved onto other mages.

Somebody isn't good with azir then cause right now he's priority pick/ban in gold or above elo.
Azir is broken af, just everybody who tries to play him isn't that great. I'm not an azir main and I'll tell you I love playing him in his current state.
Azir doesn't need a rework. His kit works very well and they balanced him at least better than before. He's lost two major things: turret-taking speed and ult zoning. He even is made to be a late game champ completely now. The reason for the low winrate is that no one knows how to play him. They play super safe or super aggressive. The other reason is cause of his lack of roaming potential. Many assassins are picked commonly in mid lane, so they have a easier time getting kills if the azir doesn't keep track of them 24/7. Once you figure out his play style, azir can be really good. Personally, he is quite balanced right now. He's really a good teamfight and I personally like where he is. As you get better with him, you can win games ezily.
