GA really skews focus and teamfight coordination if you are ahead

i mean seriously you have 2 things u can do to a fedish (fetish lol) adc/mid/carry jg

1. ignore them and focus on their team, after all they will just revive
2. get them, i mean they are the carry right? just kill them twice. oh look, their just w+q'd 3 of our teamates while we waited to kill them again
