Any Plans for Quinn?

She's my favorite ADC, but I think she'll need some love to keep up with other marksmen and supports in lane. Any plans for her Riot? Anyone that can link me to discussion about Quinn (besides glitch-fixes).

What changes does she really need? I was under the impression that when her blind got fixed, Quinn is better. Are you saying you want her to be made more into an actual ADC and not a bruiser/ADC? What makes Quinn unique is that she can be played differently with unique builds. We do not need another ADC that functions exactly like every other ADC.

I am sure someone can give a more in depth critique about Quinn than I can. I don't think she needs to be completely gutted and changed to be exactly like every other ADC in the game. I love playing her at top. I also love that Quinn can be played as AD and ADC.

I'm thinking along the lines of make less sloppy her attack animation, fix the rest of vault glitches (there's a lot), maybe even give Quinn and valor separate ability timers given the two minute+ cooldown.

If they fixed her AA animation or gave her ult execute a max damage @ 25% of enemy health she would be in such a great place. both would put her solidly in the meta imo. Currently, she's not bad, and a rework would honestly make me really sad, she's the only ADC i enjoy because of her unique style and advantages.
