Better AA Anim. for your favorite assassin

Riot, is it possible to give Talon the Katarina treatment and clean up his auto attack so that the damage is dealt closer to the beginning of the animation rather than the end? As a champion whose burst is almost half auto-attacks, it feels silly that most of the mages I play- (w/o active Solider) seem to have the same if not faster animations than Talon, and I swear I take more harass because it takes more time to last hit and run away from your laner's caster/AA range even while canceling at the very first frame of dealing the damage. Something like or ? I think you owe us for that power reduction since 4.17....
