Why cant my team realize that single man suicide isnt how you win

How do I convince my team to group and to stop suiciding by themselves over and over again... We were winning a game then they thought hey im fed i can 1 vs 5 now and started to suicide non stop resulting in a lose like every game where i get ahead early as the support i have no weight in the decisions my team make and they always suicide single handedly or go some stupid all assassin comp and int trying to team instead of split

Typical low elo cockiness, doesn't really go away. A lot of low-elo players don't realize that there is still counter-play to snowballing and that constantly going in and fishing for pentakills isn't really going to win the game. All you can do is pray that those sorts of players don't end up in your solo-queue
