No one is even gonna use her, and you want to worsen that situation? I don't get this. I never even had a single Cass player, be it ally or enemy, in any of my games, what the hell is this nerfs for?

Fluppets1 votesShe's high win rate because she's not a popular champion, same reason Lee Sin or Yasuo have a low win rate.
Many players that dont take the time to learn or just lack the mechanical skills to play Lee or Yasuo play them and fail with them, but Cassiopeia doesn't have the same appeal so those impatient and/or unskilled players dont play Cassiopeia to bring her numbers down.
It's another, rarer type of player that plays Cassiopeia: they take a little more time learning her or are just inherently more skilled so they break through her skill ceiling and perform very well with her.
Yes I play Cassiopeia and I dont count myself as mechanically skilled, but rather patient and up for a challenge, which Cassio is.
