Ranking Up
This is more for an idea. So if someone was put into Diamond 1 and couldn't loose or win lp, would there skill level go up? I was thinking this because I was wondering what would be the best way to level up your skill level.

It would present you with a difficult game, which in turn could teach you some things. But I don't think it would be wise for someone down in like bronze to go up against a diamond 1 adc in lane. They would most likely get bullied out of lane without a chance to respond out of pure difference in skill.
I think overall while there is some merit in games like that, it's best to progress through the game while learning along the way. If you're constantly learning every game, and mechanically improving you would start to climb.
Like if we used another scenario like the game of chess. You would have zero chance as a fresh blood on the scene against a high elo player (2000 + or more). It would be disgusting how fast you would lose, and in the process you would just be stuck wondering why and how without gaining "much."
