Mission Not Completing

So after some back and forth in general discussions to see if the bug was just something I didn't understand. One person said I should report it as a bug. "Okay so I got the mission "Let the Games Begin", and it says "Watch a live game or VOD from any global league on watch.lolsports.com". I watched a live game about 10minutes of the live stream and the mission was not complete. I was logged into this account, I refreshed the page three times and re-logged three times. Is there something that I am missing?"

I have tried watching the VODs instead of watching the live stream with no difference. I have already retried a lot and I have done over 20 minutes of dealing with this. I have watched the live stream on different days this is about the third day I have watched it and not have the mission complete.
