Can we Give Cassiopeia a real PASSIVE!

Riot has been hurting me with a lot of these changes, firstly touching my main Xerath with that stupid zooming out function, and now Cass. They tried to give her a gimmicky new feature (grounded) to try and make up for her kit but in honesty it's trash, i never saw a problem with how Cass was before, in fact it made her better to play.

Also if they are gonna base a champion kit on her design, she cant wear boots because she's a snake then maybe vel'coz, nami and any other non-bipedal creature should have their passives changed.
