Preseason 8 wishlist

In around two and a half month Riot is gonna release the preseason patch that could be potentially the biggest preseason changes in LoL history.

Runes and Masteries are getting combined into a single pre-game system. As a result, All champions will get a bunch of base stats changes to compensate their free stats loss in the early game. The Jungle, and starting items for laning and jungle will potentially gets changes too and we'll even get a new attack speed starting item

So aside from these changes I'd like to see a wish list on what Riot should do to balance the game.

If you spent some time here, you should see that the top complaints in this current meta is that ADCs and the support/AD items are too strong, While the melee bruiser/Juggernauts are weak. And if you're going to play a melee bruiser or a tank. You pretty much have to build knight's vow and locket and even Ardent censer if you run stoneborn and have a cc champion to buff your ADC.

What other changes would you like see in the preseason?

I know it's the boards, But let's at least have a respectful and civil discussion :D
