Anybody else getting win streaks until their promos?

I'm in Silver IV and I go on these win streaks all the way up to promos. Then all of a sudden I lose all 2 games of my promos. This is like the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened and now I'm back to 60LP and I'm asking myself why I even fucking bother.

Every game in my promos I'm given the most trolling teammates in the world. Like a Wukong who ults into the enemy 1v5 and complains I'm not "tanking or engaging fights". Then a game where I'm a 10/5 Cho'gath with teams who don't group and don't play well.

But now that I'm out of promos I'm going to just win a bunch of games against terrible players until promos. Where, by magic, my team will feed lanes and lose the game.

Its happening so frequently that I refuse to believe this is a coincidence. Does RIOT have a special team-pairing system for people in promos? Like do they want me to prove my worth by pairing me with bad players or something?

Why should I even bother playing ranked when my individual skill doesn't matter. Outplay the enemy all day but doesn't matter when the whole teams dead.

If I lost promos like once or twice then it'd be different. But this is the 3rd time losing promos because we need EVERYONE botlane to stop a kayle split push while the rest of their team is top lane taking inhib.
