Gets lvl 2 E @ level 5 so I can go back to having E twice in 1 shadow? Since riot changed the cooldowns..You dont have 2 E's in a single shadow until you level up your E, or your shadow..I notice most dont level up their E to get that extra attack in? how come?

Level up: Q>E/W>W/E>Q>E>R

E/W W/E is situational..depending on if Im against a ranged champ or melee
