I enjoy Kennen. I think he is pretty good where he is. Just some stuff about him though. His basic attack animation should be sped up I think. His e should be changed to double his movespeed. This allows for slows to be more effective, but also allows better chasing and such.
He could use some particle updates, visual too. Minor, but it is kind of needed.
Thoughts on this, and other thoughts on Kennen in general?

ArkenStorm1 votesI kind of disagree. An as buff would be nice too, but it takes a while for the actual projectile to come out. First starting playing Kennen, I couldn't last hit very well because I would click on the minion, then half a second later I would throw a shuriken but the minion would already be dead

would be cool if he has 70% energy full the remaining 30% refill faster. that way he can poke with q more.

And do you mean slow resist? Because that's kind of dumb of you use his e for its intended purpose. You are supposed to use it after you are slowed, to get as much benefit from it as possible.

Only Play Darius1 votesJust his hit-and run playstyle. Between his range and his surge, it very hard to actually get to him, and when you finally do get close to him, you usually get stunned. Playing against him top is infuriating.
And hearing his aggravating high pitched voice the entire time is rage inducing, at least 
is silent unless he spams emotes.
