new draft pick suggestion

I'm tired of people on my own team banning the champion I select before banning happens. can you please make it impossible to do so. I bring this up because I was just about to start a game where me and another guy had our champs banned by our own teammates. This frustrated me so much I dodged the queue because it's just so rude to ban you're teammates pick and to have that happen to two of us at the same time was just bullshit. I'm not saying get rid of the banning just make it so when people pick the champ at the start before banning the 3 team members that ban can't ban that champ. For example if I pick sol and another person on my team picks jax the 3 people don't see those people on the ban list. I don't see a point of even having you be able to show what your teammates what you want to play if it just allows people to be a dick by banning the champ that you want to play even though your on the same team. Other than that I think the new draft is much better than the old one. I just feel like this would make it perfect.
