The last 3 masteries in the resolve tree rapidly flash when I have my cursor over them making it hard to read.

this is a bug that's always existed, the game moves the popup to the left if it's too close to the right edge of your screen however this is very buggy and needs to be fixed.
Resize the client window.
YEs, just buggy, bugs me too. too easy to just set these 3 to only show up and left .
