Brand as a support is not fun or Fair

Brand Brand support not broken or op, just it's Brand's (W) Pillar of Flame it's Range a bit big. Brand can poke safely with out worries of taking damage from other bot team and even if enemy team ADC try to come close to you. A nice (Q) stun to face and now he taking free damage from Brand and your ADC. Only thing I can see that can fix this problem is shorting Brand's (W) from 900 to around 800 or 700. Well this hurt mid role? yeah but not much.

Lol, Brand support also runs out of mana quickly, so getting him to cast a lot of spells and dodging them or taking minimum damage in the process is a way to exhaust his potential. He's useless on very low mana. He's not even that great of a support, not sure what all the hype's about.
