Is it just me or is he doing a little too much damage now and more buffs on the way?
The midseason checkup said:
is in a good spot with his passive??? (not sure if serious or belayed April Fools joke)
is in a good spot (hence why he is banned almost always)

Vel Koz is hardly played, like at all so they did buff him and to be honest he is very immobile, i do think he is a little too strong but this is due to his mana costs which are now just spammable.
if you look in the koreanQ they are currently abusing his power, expect to see him soon in pro play.
He sure is, but like a few others he's not getting picked often.
I read it as "he needed more buffs after the rework" (which he did), but he got the needed buffs now. He does not need more, he is in a decent spot now imo
