Can we increase LB's Ult CD???

It is already extremely long at rank 1, being 40 seconds without cdr. At rank 3 it is 24 seconds without cdr, which is balanced tbh considering that it is the same ability as the others.

You know that it makes sense for a mimic ability to have a relatively low cooldown

Better yet, how about we give it a mana cost of some kind? Currently it's zero mana at all ranks, which is frankly ridiculous for how much her kit relies on it.
