Where if they are "skilled enough" they can get off a skill that either allows them to run away, or even cancel the galio ulti. You know how many times I've been kocked out of an ulti because of a jayce knock back, kennen ulti, vi ulti, renekton stun (auto attack based) or even a vayne condem? The answer is I pretty much don't play galio anymore.
I've also been stopped by everyone on this list, including a galio ulti that was stopped by an instantaneous riven stun (unfortunate timing), and a shaco box that was placed as I hit R.

I know I missed a lot of other champions. It's sad when you don't even have to try to cancel his ultimate. It's so easy to cancel on accident I cry evertime.

- Allow him to not be mana starved.
- Give him real damage
- Make him immune to CC while he ultis.
- Give real magic resist options, with a better MR to AP ratio

Problem is they have way too much of his non-ultimate damage front-loaded on his telegraphed slow missile speed Q

What? An extremely niche champion created for countering mages does well against mages in the few games he's played? I'm smoking reality. Every champion has the potential to do well. I'm sure there are some games he does well but it's due to his team and/or enemies missplays than anything else.

What? An extremely niche champion
Well considering half the champion pool is AP, I hardly consider that niche. Plus he does quite well against a lot of the AD champs as well. When he hits 6, he can destroy champs like Yas and Zed as well. Plus he may have the best wave clear in the game.
The thing that keeps him from God tier is that he is hard countered by team comps that have Braum, Xin, etc.
