Morning /night cycle

What do you guys think about a morning and night cycle in the summoners rift maybe every 10 - 15 minutes it's changes from morning to night or vice Versa and depending on the time of day it affects minions / dragons/ rift herald /baron maybe replacing them with different monsters for better buffs or maybe gold at night minions could be stronger and offer more gold or the appreance could just change for them
