See the little text in the bottom left? The one that says "Team MMR"? Those two teams were almost exactly equally matched. Your rank doesn't directly reflect where your MMR is.
Your Team MMR (what actually drives match making [it's an acronym for Matchmaking Rating]) is only 15 apart.
