Dumb Suggestion: Double all Champion Health (and remove %hp dmg)
This means all health is doubled AFTER items. So a 4000 hp tank would have 8000 hp, for example.
My big question is: what would this do? I see people complaining about very short games, and I agree totally, I don't want aram-length games. Would this double the time it took for the game to complete? I guess it would kinda ruin assassins. Then again, I never liked assassins.
