That screenshot in my honest opinion is Riot stating that they could care less about the player's who arent in diamond+. i have been saying to my friends it seems like riot only cares about the lcs players, which is normal for any company but riot almost puts an unhealthy obsession on the LCS players, hence that post by riot scuttle saying they primarily care about diamond+ que times meanwhile at least 80% of the player base is probably bronze-gold.
