Honestly. Khazix buffs, darius buffs, fiora buffs. Etc. We ask for less damage and instead we get more ?? Like no what the fuck.

Out of those, only Fiora could maybe be described as a hypercarry. And even that is stretching it.

Hey, koggles got an ult range buff, so that's one buffed hyper carry. That range really helps him as the AA monster that he is /s (feels fantastic on AP kog tho, I might have to play it more now).
