Seriously your back to your old ways? Riot.. The only thing that needed a nerf was Ezreal not the full rune. Its only use now is gunna be with GP and Illaoi! Woot Champion Diversity!!! I used to love taking it on my Viktor but the drop rates on ranged champions are down so low its now useless status... such an embarrassing game serious you guys are how big and still focus runes with a handful of champs in mind rather then making everyone stronger. Whoever you have in your balancing team is a joke. Either see people spam Aery on him or try Electrocute.. Such Diversity guys

Klepto being viable on Viktor means it is vastly overpowered on GP, Illaoi, Nasus, Ezreal, etc.

Draven was seeing success with it as well... Klepto kind of means 'sacrifice lane for late game', and Draven is all about killing lane. Something is weird there in that case.

literally all they had to do was change it so on hit abilities wouldn't proc it... Rune fixed many champs can still use it too with out it being broken on the couple... but this is rito were talking about here..

Okay so after the nerfs to klepto tell me which range champions is it good on now? Oh whats that just ezreal? No idea why this got downvotes at all.. the fact is the rune sucks on every range champ in the game because riot has 0 clue on how to balance. Just change it so it cant proc with on hit abilities... Done. Not hard rito.. 150 champs in the game balance your shit

IMO make it a skill-shot only keystone and not based around autoattacks. If you land a skill-shot on an enemy champ it gives a set amount of HP/mana/gold based on the cooldown of the skill (longer cooldowns give more). This could apply to conal effects, projectiles, or even stuff like GP barrels. Anything that's not a guaranteed hit. This would inject some skill into using it rather than the current situation with the GP point-and-click procs or wreak missing and still producing it on his next auto.
