Ghost should provide the instant movement speed to melee champions such as singed, mundo, volibear to anyone that wants to run it over flash.. but keep it the same for ranged champions so it doesn't get abused mid. Flash is way overused anyway riot. I hope this can see attention
Flash is dominant because it is an instant reaction spell. Even if Ghost was OP as hell, it would only be picked along side of flash. Because ghost can't go over walls or instantly dodge things.
I wish Riot would merge Ghost and Cleanse. Nearly any immobile melee would prefer that over flash. If cc immunity is too much, then perhaps a % resistance to slow could be implemented instead.
