I would avoid playing him now, talk about an awkward champion. All of his abilities have been nerfed except his W. His Q no longer gets additional dmg as you lvl passively on the enhanced aa, so its been nerfed early game and late game all for a slightly better shield. His E is awful to land, just awkward and no longer fun... Its funny too because last time they nerfed viktor they said he was wave clearing too well now their buffing this aspect again... Rito games at work.. and his Ult is extremely "Clunky". I've tried him a few times and hes just not fun to play, Ryze 2.0? Let me know what you guys think, I mean apart from the shield which isn't even that noticeable this was a huge nerf. Time to switch to Cass? Think Riot messed this one up. Wished they listened to the community 20 days ago..

as much as i love 6.9 changes, all of them havent played new viktor so id have to leave you hangin, i dont take anyone's word especially since i usually hate riots stuff at first and love it later. Except my poor aurelion sol who meeds a double tap q!

Idk, he can still do well. I remember a post riot did on viktor when he first started getting played everywhere and they liked the aspect that he could Poke,Dps, and Burst decently but not to an extreme.. it seems riot changed their mind... which sucks cause I liked that his was decent at all 3 of these things. Poke suffered the most, his burst went hardcore down. And all for Dps on an akward tick rate for his ult. Makes you hate this game. I feel like if they actually listened to the community they would have kept his true identity alive.
