Viktor's ult Disappears!

If Viktor goes down after Casting his ult, His Ult will only finish the next tick of damage and then Disappear! His ult is suppose to do 4 ticks of damage over 6.5 secs, after the most recent patch that is no longer the case... Huge game breaking Bug for Viktor players! Go into a game and test it out, it even looks bugged still hanging in the air making the noise but circle underneath will disappear and the Damage is gone too!!! Huge game breaking bug for Viktor players!!!!!! Hope riot reads this post.
