If Irelia's current HP % is equal to her opponent, it should not stun. It should only stun when Irelia is actually lower HP than her target.

The stun is nothing. Renekton has an AA reset which is also a stun. Irelia's E is only a stun used for slowing down duels and escaping.

It's not a nerf as much as a fix. The mechanic doesn't match the tooltip.

Except the tooltip reads:

"If her current health percentage is equal to or less than her target's, she stuns them instead."

Not sure where you're getting this "must be lower than".
