Any idea why my LP gains are so low?

So I gain 20-22 per win and I'm pretty sure I'm losing around 17 a loss? This would typically suggest low MMR, but I'm not sure why my MMR would be low.. I have an almost 60% win rate and I have only played like 3 duo games for I believe my friends silver 4 promos. If I had a 40% win rate I'd totally understand, but what's up with this...?

If you're gaining more than you lose your MMR is NOT low. You'll climb if you continue to win more than you lose...

I was gaining 20 losing 18 on this account back when my mmr was garbage though I'm used to gaining at least like 27 from alternates. Life's hard feels bad
