My win loss ratio is even yet i lose 22 lp and gain 14

you are currently rated at silver 5.

the people from your last match are.... your team - silver 5, bronze 3, bronze 3, bronze 3, bronze 3

enemy team - bronze 1, bronze 4, bronze 2, bronze 3, bronze 3.

so despite being silver 5 you are winning 50% of the time against an average of bronze 3 players. you are not deserving of your silver 5 rating, however it being a 5th division you literally cant fall out without being a whole tier below (it is impossible to fall out of silver 5 as there is no tier below bronze).

the ranked system is working as intended. if you were playing against an average of silver 5 players (ie players rated bronze 1 ~ silver 4 and had a 50% win rate against those players it would be a different story) you would gain and lose the same in either direction, however you are winning/losing against lower ranked players so you cant climb off of them, you need above a 50% win rate against them in order to climb.

ahh and i lost that game because bot went teemo and proceeded to go 0/12 against ezreal and shen and jg were too protective of ezreal

it means that you are either duoing with someone way lower than you (likely why). or you have recently had a big losing streak
