This champ makes me glad Evelynn used vaynes parents as playthings.
Really, she just is kind of the epitome of the struggle of balancing adcs. They're meant to be tank killers/turret breakers but at the same time, being able to shred a tank usually means being able to burst a squishy as well which generally leads to frustration.

Kai'Sa is unhealthy, missing health damage, has invis, a dash, a shield, deals ap damages alongside ad, attacks speed steroid, long rage poke, can evolve her abilities

Literally none of those are the problems with her. The problem with her is that she hits late game once she gets 
and then proceeds to tumble 2 shot you (if ur lucky) with 600+ damage crits while almost one shotting waves with proc. If vayne still did the 
build path she would be utter garbage compared to almost every other champion in the game, she practically has to abuse the broken combo to do anything. is what needs to be fixed, not vayne.
It's not just that my friend, look at her w... it's 12% True damage. literally rushes tanks without any problem without any ad items and poor tanks can't even stack defensive, look at her E it's a stun, what sort of a bolt that knocks someone so far away that they get stunned on walls like a sion's ultimate on their face! seriously? a bolt that stuns the target and knocks them dozens miles away? o.O Not done yet. look at her passive, Her passive works on melee diver champions , why would a range marksman has the ability to move so quick diving all targets and 1-3 shotting them ? it's truly unhealthy Her Q? infinitie cooldown dodges, literally aiming her is almost impossible with mages , and her Ultimate just makes her extra cancer. Nerf doesn't really help no matter what they do she got 5 cancerious abilities , a full rework makes her a reasonable marksman or an assassin jungler like kindred would be alright. all her skills need to be reworked
