I Was Trying To Resist Switching Lanes from Top

I have mained top lane since season 4 and I have loved it. This preseason and early season has just been pure cancer, frustration and confusion. I have been trying SO HARD to not switch lanes, but at the end of the day I couldn't solo carry, I couldn't split push, I couldn't scale into late game, I couldn't help my team in teamfights, and I can't play top anymore. It's too frustrating and I have almost had several aneurysms from trying to tough it out. I switched to support where I main Bard, and as soon as I did I won 4/5 games and got promoted. ....... Perfect evidence that top lane is a literal dumpster. I highly encourage anyone who plays top who is struggling to win games to switch to something else. Top isn't playable right now and I will continue to play support only until top is fixed.

TLDR: Don't play top.

You're absolutely right, I switched from top to support as well, started playing Blitzcrank and I won 6 out of 8 games I played Blitz.

I feel more impactful, I peel like crazy, rush solari every game and not troll with a frozen gauntlet or bullshit like that, awesome roams (I roam top lane at least once every game and make the enemy top miserable, usually when I play top the enemy support roams top and makes me miserable)... It's all so easy.
