IIRC, they already said she'd get buffed due to Duskblade nerfs. Same reason Talon and Zed have buffs.

Meddler said she would be getting compensation for lethality/duskblade getting nerfed a while ago, along with other champs that build it.

It's still the 5th lowest ad level at 18. due to her passive and stuff, but still. its not as big as it looks
