Just played as twitch in a game against a malphite. He rushed 3 armor items which gave him 1300 armor and then proceeded to go around one shotting our team WITH 1300 ARMOR AND 3K HP. Oh and I almost forgot, he had an iceborn gauntlet which had a range that covered the entire lane. Can we like get a nerf on malph's w? The fact that he can build 3 armor items and get 1300 armor, still be able to build plenty of mr, have 3k+ hp, and go around one shotting carries while being the tankiest champ in the game is absolutely absurd. Screenshots or it didn’t happen. I’d get 130 armor, but 1300 armor is ridiculous, and practically impossible to achieve in a normal match.

I THOUGHT THE SAME THING. But his w increases his armor by 90% when his passive is active. It needs to be nerfed.

You mean malphite doing what he's supposed to be doing which is being a tank?

He doesn't one shot anything unless he builds pure AP and if you hit him with any kind of damage his shield breaks and lessens the effectiveness of his W.

His e has a 40% armor ratio. When he has 1300 armor its doing over 700 damage. His w also has a 10% armor ratio making his autos do 160 extra damage. So yes, he was one shotting people lmfao.

Provided he maxes E. If he hit 1300 armor he maxed W first, and the fact that you let him hit that late in the game..

Besides, Malphite has always been anti AD. He also only had one health item beyond the starting item, at which point he has very low health and your mages could’ve easily killed him.

But this was also ARAM. See how he does on SR before complaining.

He had 3k hp, not "very low health". Also, the game was 23 minutes long, which is short for an ARAM game. So idk what you're talking about. And, if he can get 1300 armor in ARAM, what makes SR any different? He can still get the same items and do the same things.

EDIT: Also, he was level 18 so he had every skill maxed lol... I know for a fact he maxed e because it did a lot of damage even before he got armor.

What makes SR different? Less kills and assists, less ambient gold, longer time to reach max level. Aram games are usually shorter than 23 minutes from my experience.

3k hp from Guardian’s Horn and Adaptive Helm? Doubt it. Unless he had an insane amount of health from Overgrowth. He would have 2500 before Overgrowth, and would need to have had an additional 5% from the Overgrowth rune, which would be 200 minions dying near him, which could be possible, but he would’ve had to be nearby for all of them. 3k is also low for a tank, which is why I say it’s really low health. Most tanks start breaking 4k, but Malphite decided he was better off rushing IBG and Frozen Heart.

Lets also take note of the fact that neither you nor Irelia built anything to reduce or ignore his armor. A Cleaver would’ve worked well to reduce that armor, or a last whisper item.

Look at the screenshot above lol he had 2904 hp. I don't actually about this as much as you seem to so it's w/e, it was just stupid playing against that.

Yeah, 2904 is low health for a tank. Really low. Like I said, most tanks hit 4k or more, but he opted into 3 pure resist items which could have been reduced with the proper items.

And again, it’s an ARAM. Do we call for lux, ziggs, and xerath nerfs because of one of the more unbalanced game modes?
