Should Yasuo q Gathering Storm stacks be shown under the resource bars like Annie Pyromania stacks?

Maybe not on of the biggest problems but making Yasuo more fair to play against could be made by doing a secondary "ammunition" bar like Annie, Graves and Jhin have for similiar reasons as for annie: To see how many Steel Tempest he has hit you have to click on him. Only if the second cast has hit someone you see some wind coming from him similar to how Annie has with 4 stacks on her passive some fire flying around her. But you don't see it realy visualy if he has hit his first q. And on Annie it still got decided that she needs to have her stacks visible. Sure, Annies flash engage is much more dangerous but having to see her stacks on her bar not prevents her from doing the flash engage. It just makes it easier to see that she has the stun and leads to react a bit easier. So it would be cool if Yasuo q would be shown under his Flow Bar. Like in a Form of a katana that increases his size or gets multiplied based of the q stacks. Steel Tempest already can get a realy short cooldown with some Attackspeed so i believe it would be much more fair if you can see better how many he has hit recently, when his Gathering storm (cool that one of the new runes has the same name) will be up, if you have to dodge better already the second q cause on third q he could flash e on you etc. What do you think?
