Galio needs an update

More-so visual and gameplay-wise.

First of all his visual design doesn't really look spooky like a gargoyle or righteous like a demacian, he looks like one of those upbeat dads with 12 kids, with a hunchback.

Q: It's his main poke spell, and it looks ugly as heck, just a silver ball that pops? Much more could be done visually. W: I think this spell is pretty unique in that it makes him unkillable by DPS AP spells, but most matchups rely on burst so it is not really much.. I'd rather make spells that attack Galio made into a Death's Dance effect where burst damage is converted to DPS. E: Also pretty visually bad, does he like shoot a gust of daisies at them for movement speed? I think the spell should be replaced R: This is practically what makes Galio, Galio. I wouldn't change the mechanics of the spell
