Fiddlesticks and nocturne rework?

Wondering if these two spoopy dudes willl ever get a rework this year, they both in my opinion have very very good potential for being scary badass runeterran demons I mean have you seen ww and urgot though they are not demons they are 100 times scarier, I just really hope riot gives these two the love and eventually give some horror to these champions as they are advertised to be right now

It would be nice if Fiddlesticks could get a rework. He's entirely outclassed by meta champions, and even if you get him leveled up without feeding, his ult isn't really enough to really make a difference.
