I suck at ranked but do alright in normal

Every time I play ranked I suck massive ass. No matter what champion I play or who im with its always someone carrying me cause i cant do well enough to keep up with my team. I got shoved into silver 5 the last time I played ranked now im getting curb stomped almost every game. But in normal I do well and sometimes I do bad but mostly good. Even if we loose I have a okay score. No matter what lane I play in I get curb stomped. The only time I feel im doing okay is when I gnar top. Its frustrating because I try learning from my mistakes but nothing works. I cant fight against Kat, heim, jax, blitz, Garen, Darious, Vayne. I always lose lane and Its frustrating. Can you guys give me some tips or some ways that I can get better at ranked because its getting to the point where I might just stay in normal.

Ur cs is too low you need to work on that Csing and trading

Learn to Freeze looks like you got ganked or killed a lot

A remedy is when your playing a certain champion watch how streamers do it vs on how you do it

You should probably use the champs the wreck you too get an idea for how they work/ build. I started playing champs that wrecked me and found to do really well against them from then on.

Learn to play safe, and use map awareness to gain an advantage if you start losing lane Example: Last night in a ranked enemy mid lamer picked Leblanc. I picked brand because I can usually e-q leblancs distortion and he doesn't do much to me on brand. The game started and after Leblanc saw I wasn't gonna get chunked she basically stopped trying to even trade with me. However, she roamed roamed and roamed some more and still racked up a ton of kills. For the first couple roams I got the mid tower and for the others I followed her or tpd to the lane that needed me(yea I take tp on brand I know right) Leblanc finished the game 21/9, but her team still lost. I finished 8/6/13. And even tho my lamer got fed I was able to be extremely useful to the team and apply map pressure everywhere
