If you watch it im pretty far away from the snare when it snares me. Or maybe im wrong but it really looks like i completely dodged it

The ball particle is slightly smaller than the hitbox, but eve's hitbox is bigger than her mode. It certainly doesn't look like you're far away.

If it hit, it didn't miss. It doesn't have to bullseye you; the hitboxes just have to overlap a bit.

Slow the video to .25. Go to 00:25. It makes NO contact. could be a skin bug.

I'm convinced champions have square hitboxes, instead of round as would make sense. Also the view snaps back a tiny bit on the frame where you're hit. That suggests a tiny bit of lag.
