Fiddlesticks ; he has windows of power, windows of weakness, clearly defined counters and counterpicks, a decent degree of skill in setting up a proper ultimate but ways to be useful without it.

Heimerdinger . His turrets are fun to counter, his rockets have the perfect range, and his ult is perfect to his kit. Riot has made no mistakes with this champion.

Illaoi she behaves like a juggernaut, relies on her opponents actually paying attention to what she does has an absurd amount of power in her kit and yet has one of the lowest winrates due to the slow nature of her kit

personally though, riot's messing a bit too much with older champs... is currently one of the only champs to feel like a mage and his damage is insane

well actually , I enjoy urgot in aram (I don't normally go for him because his playstyle is so boring) but basically, with a few tank items you are almost unkillable unless they focus you complete...shields for days...

Morgana Diana

I would say these two. Morg because she has CC, a shield, moderate cooldowns, and can deal decent damage.

Although Diana can be argued against, as some people think she's broken, but not like Zed is. She has the perfect burst capabilities, a shield, a soft slow, and a dash with no escapes.
