Hey thanks for the Elise buffs. She's still crap.

Please take another look at Elise. Just shifting her MS and making her stun more reliable is nice but her underlying problem was never how great she is at stunning someone. She has nothing to offer a teamfight. She has an early game advantage that lasts all of 5 minutes before she becomes irrelevant.
