Saving Summoner Spells

So I know plenty of people, myself included who are in champ select, set up their runes and summoner spells for their champ, then someone dodges. 5 seconds later you are back in champ select and are getting ready to play the same champ. Everything seems good, you get in game, then realize you have teleport on sup Soraka. This is just an annoying mechanic. Every time you change your runes/masteries/summoner spells the game should save them as your selected ones. This is a super easy mechanic to implement and yet it has been an ongoing annoyance for years now. Just wanted to bring this to the attention of any rioters out there who have a say in such things. No one likes it and 80-90% of the time when people enter games with the wrong summoners/masteries/runes they say it is for this reason. Any way we can get a fix for this?

You have over 100 seconds in any queue to adjust shit like that.

How is this even a complaint?

Because I see this happen, and it happens to me, and I have talked to other people who dislike this. Games should be designed to be convenient and easy to use, anything that takes away from that experience is bad. 100 seconds is plenty of time, but when it is your 5th time in the same queue getting the same champion it can be easy to forget to change your setup again, especially if you are like me and put a lot of thought into what champ to pick to help out our team/work against their team. And googling lane matchups that you don't know can burn a lot of time, especially on champs who recently got reworked as a lot of the info is outdated. The complaint isn't that there isn't enough time to adjust these, it is that you shouldn't have to constantly do the same thing over and over again, especially since it is something that I have seen mess people up when they aren't paying attention.

I agree, but part of making a good game, or just a good program in general, it making it as easy to use and friendly as possible so long as you don't limit what the user can do. As someone who is only just learning programming I can say that this is an incredibly easy fix, especially since they already save these things anyways, just not often enough.
