and just wait until the ADC itemization reworks.
Since every ADC basically builds the same damn items, this leaves every ADC weaker than the occasional top picks whose kits are all around stronger than those of other ADCs.
If you just nerf Vayne and Jinx, ADCs like Graves and Caitlyn will take their place, and on and on it goes.
