I feel like Boards is overreacting to Eve nerfs.

She's not really under powered imo, it's just that having better team coordination allows the team to maximize her strength of early map pressure, hence why she was a semi-popular jungler in the LCS. Eve has no CC when ganking pre-6, so you would need your laner to coordinate with you more in order to pull of a successful gank.

The nerf hurts a bit, but let's be real it's not going to gut Evelynn completely due to the fact that she has passive mana regen while in stealth and she has almost no mana problems once she gets Runeglaive.

I think some people are just wondering why she was nerfed in the first place, if this really doesn't change much.

You should probably play Eve before making claims like that, as she runs out of mana surprisingly quickly when not in the jungle regardless of Runeglaive.

She has a mana regen component on her passive and she is still constantly out of mana. Where I'm from, we call that a red flag.

Oh also, you can't call this a gutting because compared to the multiple actual guttings Eve has already received this is a slap on the wrist. Even though it's going to hammer her mana pool even harder and make her even more of a nonissue in all but the most coordinated teamfights. It's too bad the same team who takes care of Zed and Lee Sin can't be taking care of Eve!

Evelynn wasn't even that strong and the only strength she ever had was her lane pressure/bypassing wards, but that entire strength was so easy to counter with one ward. Even if she did get up to you, her only real ganking power was her ultimate which sucks anyways aside from the shield she gets. Even if Evelynn does use her ult to gank effectively, it has a really high cooldown and It's her only way to teamfight. Why nerf Evelynn when Lee Sin, who Riot already said is overpowered and unfair, gets buffed. Why nerf Evelynn when all Elise has to do is smash her keyboard like a full CDR Katarina. Why nerf Evelynn when any Sated champion can 1v5 18 minutes into the game with only 2 items.

4 nurfs in 8 patches that is why.She was not over powered, in fact she is a pretty fair champion. people like to cry and stealth is broken bla bla bla. here is a tip buy pinks. or gg. Now when bring up actually broken champs dar vayne yas. Riot does not even care because they get to sell lots of cool skins... well eve has no cool skins sooooo. Anyway, the new jg items made eve playable this year and riot did not like that. So for instance with kinderd. Her passive made sated the most op combo in the game. so, they nurf sated. But when runeglave made eve playable not OP! they nurf her 4x. idk she is my main and it makes me sad. I have also seen many many great ideas for eve changes on the internet and im sure they have as well. I hope they make her use full this next year instead of more and more useless. We as a people demand a real assassin kit plz and ty. and DO NOT KILL OFF MY HATE SPIKES! please.

At least some people see the truth in the Eve nerfs. Some people just don't like their main getting nerfed.
