I play a lot of Lucian and I was just wondering what you guys thought about the changes, are they too much, or did they do enough to make him "balanced". I am a tad stressed they are going to make him underpowered.

They're not large, but I don't think Lucian is too OP right now -- he's just more popular than is healthy (reducing variety in games), so a light tap with nerf bat is what is needed. Other than that, I think he is in a healthy state, so I don't care too much where exactly nerfs take place, as long as they're light.
