Apparently with new runes, lucian can do 2400 damage in 3 seconds with just basic attacks

Lets be fucking real, ap champs aren't allowed to have nice things. If ap items get a buff or any sort of change for the better you start seeing Katarina Syndra Leblanc Fizz Akali come in and damn near one shot people. I'm sorry but everything damage wise needs to be nerfed or touched down by about 10% across the board to avoid power creeping further.

Dude literally everyone in the game lost magic resist. Literally everyone with the change to runes. Get over it.
