Counterplay to leblanc?
It seems with just 1 combo and electricute, she can do half my hp in one combo from a distance, and then proceed to oneshot me later with one combo? Is there something I'm missing? or is she jsut really unfair?

If you cc her when she jumps at you she dies
Also without proc'ing her passive she is losing like 60% of her damage so thats a good 1.5 seconds you have to react and trade back
The counter play to LeBlanc is to win the game anyway. Honestly, I don't know what it is, but I've seen her lose games while way far ahead more than any other assassin. Fizz, Zed, they go 10/3/4 and you never have a chance. But 3/5 times LeBlanc can be 17/4/12, yet still be unable to help her team seal a victory.

Depends on several factors. What champion are you playing?
She's meant to have very little counter play. Your best bet is to out assassin her, or CC her while she's flying. She has a job to do which is kill a carry and they feel she has to have the tools to do it. Most assassins are pretty slippery and get away free type. Ok not most
When you play against lb as a mage, make sure to choose a defensive summoner spell (barrier, heal) and the rune nullifying orb, that gives a shield against magic dmg. These defensive measurements make it very hard for lb to kill you. If you still fall behind buy magic resistance.
If your jungler decides to gank, make sure to bait out her w (the jump) before engaging.
Since she needs 1.5 sec to proc her passive your team can shield lb's target to prevent lb from getting a kill. Ask a tanky teammate to buy 
against her. 
is also quite effective. Ofc yout team needs to focus her when she tries to go for a kill.
Good counterpicks against lb are: 
I'm a quite experienced midlaner and to be honest lb isn't all that strong. Ofc it's not easy to stop an assassin that snowballs, but from all the assassins there are lb might be the weakest

Well , playing my main " Ahri " was useless , couldn't win against her , , she jumps on me jn early , I charm her then w q , couldn't even take 40% , while after the charm ended , she hit her e , after the root worked, 60% of my hp gone , so 2 pokes like that would killme , before I knew it , I just use all my ult charges to run since I had no chance to outdamage ber ,but played Lux against her and I was okay , somehow you need to dodge her E
is the be all and end all of LB counters imo. Early game can be a hassle if you're new to her, but regardless of skill, once you get to level 6 it's game over for LB. You have way more waveclear pressure, your damage is far more reliable and punishing than hers, she's never at any point going to straight up kill you with egg and then there's the fact you are leagues more relevant than her once mid-late game hits.
