add a little more time after everyones picked champs in draft?
like maybe 10 seconds, because I don't wanna be rushed picking runes when counter picking my lane

You have about 3 minutes to generally know what runes you are gonna pick, and then you have 30 more seconds after all champions are picked to choose exactly. Runes are out for so long now, you should know pretty much instantly what you want to take.
